摘要
PET-CT是利用正电子放射性示踪剂显示活体组织器官内生化状态的显像技术。它以18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)为最常用的放射性显像剂,具有灵敏性高、特异性强及定位精确等特点,是目前较为理想的肿瘤检测手段。文中就PET-CT在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)诊断中的应用作一概述。
Positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PET-CT) is an imaging technique by obtaining images through previous intravenous administration of F18-FDG.Owing to its advantages of higher sensitivity,specificity and precise positioning,PET-CT is considered as an excellent method for detecting malignant tumors.In this review,we discuss its role in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).
