摘要
2010年以来,我国陆续出台了一系列房地产调控政策,在其作用下,我国房地产进入了理性调整时期。基于此,加强商业银行房地产贷款风险研究,探讨建立可持续信贷模式具有重大意义。本文分析了此轮房地产调控政策的主要内容以及对房地产业的影响,进而分析了房地产市场调整对银行信贷的影响,最后提出了防范房贷风险的对策与建议。
Since 2010,China has successively promulgated a series of policy of estate adjusting control,by the role of real estate regulatory policy,we came into real estate rational adjustment period.In this context,to strengthen the research of real estate loans of commercial banks risk,explore the establishment of sustainable credit mode had great significance.This paper analyzes the main content and the influence of real estate regulation policy on the real estate industry,analyzes of the real estate market adjustment and its influence on bank loans,finally puts forward the countermeasures of mortgage risk countermeasures.
