摘要
采用活性屏离子渗氮技术对钛合金进行渗氮处理,并将渗氮层的组织、形貌、维氏硬度和零件的变形情况与普通离子氮化的试件作对比。结果表明,活性屏离子氮化的组织和性能优于普通离子氮化,工件变形小、表面光洁度高、操作简单、过程可控、质量一致性好,可以解决钛合金精密零件普通离子氮化存在的问题。
Titanian alloy was nitrided by active screen plasma nitriding,and the microstructures,morphologies and microhardness of the nitride layers and deformation of the component were compared with those of the samples nitrided by ordinary plasma nitriding.Experimental results show that the organization and performance of active screen plasma nitriding are better than ordinary plasma nitriding.Its advantage is less deformation on the workpiece,better surface finish,simple to operate,controllable process and high quality conformance.Active screen plasma nitriding can solve the problems in titanium precision part nitrided by ordinary plasma nitriding.
