摘要
职业院校的中心工作是教学。一切为了教学,一切服务于教学,是院校所有工作的出发点和落脚点。同时,也应重视院校的培训工作。培训工作是经济社会发展的客观需求,是增加院校经费收入的有效途径,是院校面向社会的重要窗口,是安置富余人员的有效渠道。要开拓创新,谋划未来,大力推进职业院校培训事业的发展：设立培训机构,完善管理制度；拓宽培训领域,扩大服务面向；注重培训信誉,优质回报社会。
Teaching is the focus in vocational institutes.All is for the sake of teaching and all is in the service of teaching,which is both the starting point and ending point for all vocational institutes.Meanwhile,training work should be emphasized because it is an objective demand and an important window to face and develop our economy- oriented society.In addition,it's an effective channel to produce income and settle down spare staff members in vocational institutes.Therefore we should build a long-term programme to promote the development of our training course.Key points are as follows:set up training organization;perfect managerial system;widen training area; enlarge service;attach importance to training reputation;well reciprocate society.
