摘要
建设社会主义新农村是我们党和国家在“十一·五”期间提出的一项重要任务,它对于解决“三农”问题和创建社会主义和谐社会具有重大意义。解决“三农”问题的关键是要加强对农村基础设施建设的投入,改善农民的生产和生活条件,通过扩大内需,最终实现城乡经济的协调发展。
Building new socialism countryside is an important task that our Party and government brought forward in the 11th Five year plan, It is of great significance for us to solve the problems of “agriculture, countryside and peasant “ and create the harmonious socialism society. The key that we solve the problems of “agriculture, countryside and peasant “ is to strengthen the construction of the basic establishments in rural area, to improve the conditions of peasants’ living and production, finally to realize the harmonious development between the urban economy and rural economy through expanding the domestic demand.
