邓小平的人才理论是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,他在人才地位、人才衡量标准、人才选拔任用以及人才培养等方面都是对毛泽东人才思想的创新与发展。
Deng Xiaoping's theory concerning talents is one of the nuclear components of Deng Xiaoping's theory. It has refreshed and developed Mao Zedong's thought concerning talents in the aspect of status of talents, evaluation standards, selection criteria, and talent cultivation.
