摘要
目的:充分利用医学院校电子阅览室丰富资源开展继续医学教育是一个很好的渠道。本文对电子阅览室使用、新功能知晓与应用、电子阅览室管理等三方面进行调查,旨在为医学院校电子阅览室的服务与管理提供依据。方法:采用现况调查的方法。随机抽取2011年5～6月到馆的读者100名,用自行设计编制的调查问卷进行调查。结果:师生中1/3利用网络获取文献资源,近一半经常利用电子阅览室。利用传统方式获取文献资源的比例偏高,有人根本不利用电子阅览室,有一定比例的人到本室只为休闲;能经常、熟练使用数据库资源及了解馆际互借与文献传递服务的读者偏低;读者最不能容忍的行为是拨打、接听手机,对不良行为的防止建议为加大处罚力度、加强监控措施、加大宣传教育力度。
Objective: Making full use of the rich resources of electronic reading room in medical colleges and universities to develop continuing medical education is a good way.Through the investigation of the use of electronic reading room,new features of knowledge and application,the management situation of electronic reading room,to provide the basis for service and management of university electronic reading room.Method: Using investigation method,extracted 100 readers who came to the library from 2011 May to June with the method of systematic sampling and investigation by self designed questionnaire.Result: 1/3 teachers and students use internet to obtain literature resources,nearly half of them often use electronic reading room.The high proportion of person obtaining the literature resources is by the traditional way,somebody never use electronic reading room,a certain proportion of people just for leisure when they come to the reading room,only a few readers often use database resources,who know the interlibrary loan and document delivery services are only a few.The most intolerable behavior is dialing,answering mobile phone,the prevent recommendations for bad behavior are increasing the punishment,strengthening the monitoring measures,propaganda and education.
