摘要 研究尿素脱蜡装置水洗油蜡异丙醇回收塔的工作原理,以及其内部充填填料对水洗油蜡的动态剪切流变性质的改变影响水洗塔水洗油蜡时的用水量和用水比例。在保证油水洗、蜡水洗洗涤效果的情况下,油蜡洗涤用水量、用水比例的增加与减少,直接决定了装置能源消耗的用量变化。随着节能改造在水洗油蜡异丙醇回收塔使用新型填料后,提高了水洗过程中内部物料的动态剪切流变性,改善了水洗油蜡的洗涤效果,从而水洗塔用水量、用水比例大幅下降,在相同加工量的情况下能源消耗得到较大程度的改善。 The work principle of water-washing tower in the urea dewaxing unit was studied as well as effect of different fillers on water consumption of water-washing tower.Water consumption of water-washing tower has directly effect on the unit energy consumption.After energy saving reconstruction of water-washing tower by using new type filler,the dynamic shear rheological property in the water-washing process was improved,the washing efficiency was enhanced,so water consumption was decreased,and energy consumption was also decreased.
