摘要
论述了水煤浆气化生产的原料气在铜基催化剂作用下,经过三塔精馏生产精甲醇,从源头工艺开始针对生产中易出现酸度值偏高的现象探讨分析,从自身工艺出发,总结了精甲醇酸度高的原因及控制方法。
Fine methanol production by the three-column rectification process was introduced,and high acid value phenomenon in the production was analyzed from process aspects,reasons to cause fine methyl appear high acidity were gained,then control methods were put forward.
