摘要
采用钛离子( TiO2+)与双氧水[4](H2O2)化学反应生成黄色络合物[Ti(H2O2)2+],借以进行分光光度计法测定钛含量.在0~35μg钛量显线性关系,符合朗伯-比尔定律.CS系列丙烯聚合高效催化剂钛含量一般为2.00%~6.00%,选择该分析方法速度快,准确度高,精密度好,完全满足工业生产要求.
Titanium ions(TiO2+) can react with hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) to produce the yellow complex [Ti(H2O2) 2+],so the spectrophotometer method can be used to determine titanium content.When titanium content is in the range of 0~35 μg,linear relationship is well and complies with Lambert-beer law.Titanium content in CS series high efficiency catalyst for propylene polymerization usually is 2.00%~6.00%,the analysis method is suitable,it has high detection speed,high accuracy and precision.
