摘要
神华宁夏煤业集团煤炭化学工业分公司甲醇厂甲醇合成装置自2010年5月试车以来,一直保持运行,从2012年初开始,甲醇合成塔出口温度持续上升、产量下降,触媒活性下降,甲醇精馏产品质量频繁出现问题。如何维持生产至检修时更换触媒,成为当前生产的紧要问题。
Our factory's methanol synthesis devices kept running after trial run since May 2010,but from early 2012,outlet temperature of methanol synthesis tower continually rose,the yield declined,catalytic activity also declined,and frequent quality problems of methanol distillation product appeared.How to maintain production and avoid replacement of catalysts has become a major problem.
