摘要
刚性差是薄壁零件加工领域的一个难题,采用包裹或填充辅料提高薄壁零件刚性的方法对解决薄壁零件加工变形问题、提高工艺性、控制尺寸变化有良好的效果,是提高薄壁件加工性能的有效途径,对提高加工质量和生产效率有着积极的意义。
Weak rigidity is a big challenge in thin-wall component processing.The method in which wrapping or stuffing auxiliary materials is used to improve the rigidity of thin-wall components is ideal for solving the problem of deformation arising in the component processing,controlling dimensional and enhancing the technology,it is an effective method for thin-wall component processing,and is of great significance for increasing the processing quality and productive efficiency.
