摘要
面对快速发展带来的结果,制造企业有必要提出一个系统的产品再制造的方法,拆卸作为产品再制造的重要阶段,选择合适的拆卸顺序亦是势在必行。为此,提出两步法对拆卸顺序进行优化,先通过优先约束计算求解可行的拆卸顺序,再从拆卸方向、拆卸工具以及操作聚合性3方面评价,得到最优的拆卸顺序。最后,以托板为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
With the rapid development of manufacturing industries,a systematic approach to recycling is both urgent and imperative.Disassembly is an important phase of product recycling and to choose an appropriate disassembly sequence is imperative.To solve this problem,two steps to optimize disassembly sequence are presented.The feasible disassembly sequence is obtained by using the precedence constraint algorithm.In order to obtain the optimal assembly sequence,three optimization factors including disassembly sequence,disassembly tool and operation polymerization are used to be as the evaluation standard.Finally,Successful application of this approach is validated by sequence optimization of a specific assembly of a splint.
