摘要 目的对10种橘属生药的化学品质进行了比较研究。方法采用薄层色谱法分别测定橘属药材生物碱和黄酮成分。结果其中生物碱成分辛弗林测定在含0.5%氢氧化钠制备的硅胶G薄层板上,以氯仿-乙醇-浓氨水(10∶10∶2)为展开剂,茚三酮乙醇溶液显色;黄酮成分橙皮苷和柚皮苷测定在自制的硅胶G薄层板上,以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(100∶17∶13)为展开剂,AlCl3试液显色。两者均在紫外灯下检测。结论建立了10批市售药材样品中生物橙皮苷、柚皮苷等黄酮类成分和生物碱成分的薄层色谱图。 Objective To study the quality evalution of 10 kinds of crude drugs of Cirtrus sp.Methods A TLC(thin layer chromatography) method was set up to determine the contents of Synephrine,Hesperidin and Naringin in crude drugs.Results A mixture of chloroform-ethanol-ammonia(10∶10∶2) was used as developing solvent and ninhydrin was employed as a spray reagent for the detection of synephrine on TLC containing 0.5% sodium hydroxide;flavonoids determination of hesperidin and naringin were finished in self-made silica gel G thin-layer plate,with acetic acid ethyl acetate-methanol-water(100∶17∶13) as developing solvent,AlCl3 solution color.Both were detected by the ultraviolet lamp.Conclusion We established a TLC identification method for flavonoids and alkaloids containing hesperidin,naringin.
