摘要
本文从集中财务管理、构建集成系统的思路出发,以内蒙古烟草行业集中式财务管理系统建设为依托,对财务预算、会计核算、资金结算的平台集成,财务系统与业务系统的联动,在集中式系统的技术上尤其是安全性问题以及实施开发的步骤和策略等均作了详细阐述,体现了集中式系统在管理、技术和实施方面的创新。
This paper focused on financial management,the idea of building an integrated system,the tobacco industry in Inner Mongolia centralized financial management system development relies on the financial budget,accounting,financial settlement platform integration,financial systems and business systems of interaction,in the centralized system technology,especially security issues and the implementation of the steps and strategies developed were detailed Deng Jun,reflecting the centralized system of management,technical and implementation aspects.
