摘要
随着信息技术的发展和知识经济的兴起,企业生存的外部环境发生了巨大的变化:信息量激增,市场竞争日益激烈,技术创新和产品升级换代的速度飞快提升,这就要求企业改变传统结构和管理方式,建立一种更为灵活优化的组织形式,使企业能够迅速应对市场变化,在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。组织扁平化则是一种有效的管理方式,但是,扁平化也不是包治百病的万能药,它的实施需要一系列制度保障。
With the development of information technology and the rising of intellectual economy,great changes have taken place in the outer circumstance of an enterprise including the proliferation of information,the intense market competitions,the technology innovation and the rapid upgrading and updating of products.It requires enterprises change traditional structure and management style and set up a more flexible and optimized organization form so as to enable them to adopt to market changes rapidly and remain invincible in the intense competitions.
