摘要
大学生思想政治工作目前面临着许多新情况、新问题,存在着不少薄弱环节,现阶段,做好大学生的思想政治教育工作,增强大学生思想政治教育工作的针对性、时效性和吸引力、感染力成为思想教育工作者所共同关注的问题,要解决这个问题,笔者认为要"把握大学生的思想特点;搞好思想政治教育工作队伍建设,学生干部队伍建设;抓住思想政治理论课、哲学社会科学课程及其他各种课堂;搞好继承与创新的关系、理论学习与社会实践的关系、积极引导与加强管理的关系、课堂教育与校园文化建设的关系等四种关系"。
College students'ideological and political education is facing many new situations and problems.At present stage,it has become a commonly focused question for college ideological workers to better college students ' ideological and political education,strengthen its pertinence,timeliness and abstractness.To solve this problem,the author puts forward the ideas of grasping college students' ideological characteristics,constructing ideological workers' team and student cadre 's team,taking advantage of the ideological and political theory course,philosophical& social science courses and other courses,dealing with the relation of inheritance and innovation,theoritical study and social practice,active guidance and management enhancing,and in-class education and campus culture construction.
