摘要
本文分析了信息时代高校图书馆的新特点,并结合本馆工作实际,从做好服务创新、深化传统服务、加强馆员队伍建设等方面探讨了当前高校图书馆做好读者服务工作的对策。
n this paper,the author analyzes the new features of a university library at information era and discusses how to do the service job better for readers from the aspects of service innovation,deepening traditional service and strengthening the construction of librarians based on the reality.
