摘要
为降低分布式装配系统(Discrete Assembly System,DAS)建模复杂度,有效支撑系统性能分析与优化,提出了一种基于活动网络图(Activity Network Diagram,AND)和Petri网映射的分布式装配系统建模方法。该方法中,首先采用装配作业的分级对象建模框架,快速构建装配作业过程的活动网络图;然后,在活动网络图与Petri网结构元素分析的基础上,采用关联映射规则实现Petri网结构的自动生成;最后,给出了Petri网模型中装配作业规则设定和初始作业状态设定的方法。此外,采用某型飞机襟副翼装配为例,验证了方法的有效性。
A modeling method based on Activity Network Diagram (AND) and Petri Net is proposed for performance analysis and optimization of Discrete Assembly System (DAS). In the method, according to hierarchical modeling framework, activity network diagram for assembly work station is established rapidly. Then, a net structure mapping approach is presented, which can transform activity network diagram to Petri net, and the setting method of original state and assembly rules in Petri net are discussed. In addition, the example of a flaperon assembly is introduced, and the result demonstrates the functionality of the method algorithm.
