压气机树脂叶片注塑模具型腔反变形优化技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对航空发动机低转速研究用压气机试验台所用树脂叶片注塑成型控型的难题,提出并研究了树脂叶片注塑模具型腔反变形优化方法。首先,基于反变形原理,建立模具型腔反变形优化数学模型;通过数值模拟得到叶片注塑位移场,进而对模具型腔进行优化;最后,通过仿真实验验证,所提优化方法可有效提高压气机验证叶片的制造精度。 To solve the resin blade precision control problem of low-speed research compressor of aeroengine, a reverse deformation optimization method is proposed. First, based on the reverse deformation theory, the optimization model is established. On this basis,the displacement field of resin blade is achieved through numerical simulation. Moreover, the mold cavity is optimized.Finally, a simulation sample application is presented for demonstration. And the result shows that the method can control the deformation of the resin blade and improve the manufacturing precision.
