摘要
海上搜救是国家应急救援体系的重要组成部分,担负着保障海上人命、财产安全,保护海洋环境的重任。本文首先介绍事件概况,然后深入分析事件处置的成功之处,最后提出了完善我国海上搜救应急管理工作的对策和建议。
The research and rescue work is an important component of the national emergency response system,has the responsibility of safeguarding the security of human life and property and protecting the marine environment.This article presents the accident at first,then analyzes the successful handles,and in the end proposes countermeasure and suggestion to consummates our country marine emergency response system.
