摘要
实施会计电算化,首要的关键是初始化。初始化包括科目设置,数据录入、报表设计等。初始化不恰当所导致的后果会在今后的具体工作中逐渐地显现出来。初始化的工作较复杂,单位的财务人员应与软件公司的项目实施人员交流协作,充分发挥电算化的特点,注意实施的关键,避免一些常犯的错误,高质量地完成初始化工作,起到事半功倍的作用。
The key to accounting computerization is initialization that includes item setup,data entry and sheet design etc. The negative result of improper initialization will appear gradually later. The work of initialization is rather complicated. Accountants and the project carriers of the software companies should communicate and cooperate to give play to the features of accounting computerization. Meanwhile,they should pay attention to the key of implementing and avoid some common mistakes to finish the initialization work with high quality.
