摘要
民营企业的员工绩效管理一般来说比国有企业更加注重实际效益。本文研究了一个内蒙古民营企业的个案。着重对其员工绩效考核评价体系进行了探讨。分析了该企业绩效考核评价体系实施的效果,体系设计上存在的优点和缺陷。提出了内蒙古民营企业员工绩效考核评价体系时设计应重点注意的一些理念。
Generally speaking,the performance management of private enterprise employees emphasizes more on practical profits than state-owned enterprises. This paper studies a case of an Inner Mongolia private enterprise and emphasizes especially on exploring the employee's performance evaluation system. The author analyzes the implementation effect of this enterprise's performance evaluation system,the advantages and disadvantages in its system design. Furthermore,the author puts forward some concepts that Inner Mongolia private enterprises should pay attention to in designing employees' performance evaluation system.
