摘要
本文对农村税费改革进行了分析,提出解决当前我国农村税费改革问题的建议措施,一是改革农村行政管理体制,精简乡镇政府机构;二是健全农村财税体制,解决经济上的后顾之忧;三是建立减轻农民负担责任制和监督机制。
In this paper the author analyzes the rural taxation and fee reformation,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to solve the problem existed in the reformation.That is:1.to reform the rural administrative management system and simplify the administrative structure of the township government;2.to perfect the rural taxation system and dismiss the economic worries;3.to establish the responsibility system of reducing farmers' burden and the supervision system.
