摘要
高等教育中很多专业都是直接为企业培养人才,在高职教育中的"校企联合,订单培养的办学模式中,学校与企业的对接表现得更为直接。如何在学生上岗前就培养学生所需要的企业文化素质,使学生较快地融入企业实践活动,为社会培养大批合格的"实用型"技术人才,是高等教育中亟待解决的问题。笔者认为企业文化教育是学校教育与企业生产、服务、技术、管理实际相结合的重要契合点,本文阐述了对高等院校学生进行文化素质教育过程中如何吸纳企业文化元素,并对如何正确有效的实施企业文化教育提出了一些初步的想法。
Many specialities in higher education is to cultivate talents for enterprises directly.The joint of school and enterprise is more direct in the schooling model of 'combining the university and the enterprise to train talents based on order-form'.It is an urgent task in higher education to equip students with the necessary corporate culture qualities before they go on duty,enable them to blend into the enterprise practical activities quickly and train a large amount of qualified professional and practical technicians for society.The author believes that corporate culture education is the important joint for the combination of school education with the production,the service and technology and management practice of an enterprise.In this paper,the author puts forward some ideas on how to take in the factors of corporate culture in the process of culture education and how to carrry out corporate culture education to college students properly and effectively.
