摘要
道德建设法制化是21世纪道德建设的重点。其途径是道德建设由人治向法制转变;道德建设由注重个体向注重群体转变; 道德的功能由自律向自律和他律双重功能转变;道德建设的重点向道德规范困惑领域转变。
The key to moral construction in the 21st century is the legalization of moral construction,which should be conducted by the transition from the rule of man to the rule of law in moral construction,from the self-discipline to self-and-others-discipline in moral function,from the standard field to non-standard field in moral construction.
