摘要
面对高等教育大众化和国际化的背景,提出会计人才培养的要求,通过分析目前我国本科会计教育中存在的问题,探讨本科会计教育的改革。改革对策是:更新教育理念;在教学模式和教学内容组合上,把统一要求与多样化、个性化的教育结合起来;立足培养学生的学习能力和创新能力;使用多媒体电化教学手段;加强实践教学;建立考试和考察相结合的评价方式;提高会计教师的素质。
In the paper the author puts forward the requirements of the development for the accountiog talents under the circumstances of polarization to intermationalization of higher education,and probes into the reform of accounting education for mdergraduates by analyzing the problems in accounting education for undergraduates in our country.The measures are to revise the old educational idea,to widen professional line,to structure versatile curriculum,to establsh various flexible teaching moder,to increase the contents of internalization and applied popular higheredu-cation,reform the accounting education for undergraduates under the circumstances of polarization to internationalization mathematics,to spread the teaching method combined wity the adilities of learning and innovation,to strengthen practice by changing the closed class teacting to open sl-cial teaching,to combined the first class with the second and the third ones,to combined academic education with vocational qualification,to build assessment method combined with testing and checking,to improve the qulity of accounting teachers.
