摘要
面对我国经济快速增长、环境状况严峻、资源相对贫乏的形势,党中央提出要建设环境友好型社会。理论与实践证明,清洁生产是建设环境友好型社会的一项重要手段。
In the face of our rapid economic growth, severe environmental conditions and the relative paucity of resources, the CPC Central Committee proposes to build environment-friendly society.Theory and practice hare proved that clean production is an important means to build environment-friendly society.
