摘要
随着国内信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用,传统的武器装备研制生产、使用保障体系正在向新型的信息化武器装备体系转变。从而为持续采办与全寿命支持(CALS)在国内武器装备订货中的应用提供了必要的技术基础。本文主要探讨CALS在航空订货领域的应用前景。
With the rapid development and wide application of domestic information technology, the conventional weapon and equipment development, production, operation support system is transforming to the new-fashioned informational weapon and equipment system which provides the necessary technical foundation for application of CALS to the domestic weapon and equipment procurement. This paper discusses the prospect for application of CALS to the domestic aviation procurement sector.
