附着体在下颌覆盖种植总义齿临床应用的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 无牙颌因牙槽骨吸收,牙槽嵴低平,采用传统全口义齿修复往往达不到可靠的固位和稳定,尤其是下颌义齿固位不良更为多见,其中多数下颌骨体中段颌骨的高度与宽度尚可以满足种植体植入,通过少数种植体辅以杆卡、磁性或球帽等附着体即可达到理想的固位与稳定。本文通过文献回顾,对不同类型附着体在下颌覆盖种植总义齿临床应用研究进展进行综述,希望为口腔临床工作者修复下颌牙列缺失给予一定的理论指导。
