摘要
东方1-1气田D4井由于封隔器失效导致套压升高,给生产带来了一定的安全隐患。气井修井作业时存在井喷井涌风险大、储层保护难、产能下降等问题,同时采用侧钻方式费用高、周期长、产能风险大。为了解决油管套管串漏的安全隐患,采用了油套环空注氮气进行惰化保护、在套管阀上加入应急放空管线、加大气井开采力度等方法,最终取得了理想的效果。
D4 well casing pressure increased because of packer failure,that bringed some safe hidden trouble for pruduction.When Gas well is repairing service operation,blowout and Wells chung risk is big,reservoir protection is difficult,capacity decreased.When adopting sidetracking operations way,the cost is high,the cycle is long and capacity risk is great.In order to solve the tubing running string leakage of safe hidden trouble,adopted oil casing ring empty note nitrogen on inert gas protection,on the casing valve join emergency vent pipe,increasing gas well drilling dynamics method,eventually make the ideal effect.
