摘要
在钻井施工过程中,钻具在裸眼中的运动及钻头与地层相互作用所产生的振动对井下钻具会产生潜在的危害。振动是不可避免的,剧烈的井下振动是具有破坏性的。DDS是随钻导向中的振动监测传感器,通过DDS对钻进状态的监控,我们可以判断发生振动的原因和推荐矫正施工的方法,及时并有效地避免了井下事故的发生,同时延长了随钻仪器、马达、钻头等井下钻具的使用寿命,提高了钻进效率。SW8P1井是吉林省十屋油田SW8区块的第一口重点水平开发井,根据该井的特点,在该井的地质导向施工钻进过程中除使用常规LWD(随钻测井仪器)外,还成功应用了随钻DDS(振动传感器)技术,应用该技术,很好地避免了井下复杂事故的发生,保证了钻进施工的顺利进行,SW8P1井的成功完钻,为胜利定向井公司在吉林油田SW8区块进行定向施工提供了科学依据。
During the drilling operation,potential risk will happen while the motions of the drilling tools in the open hole and the shock or vibration occurred between the bit and formation interactional.Shock or vibration can't be avoided and will be ruinous if happened intensively.DDS is a kind of sensor that can monitor the shock or vibration when geosteering.Through monitoring the drilling status by DDS we can estimate which kind of shock or vibration occurs caused by the drill operation and adjust the drilling parameters,thus avoids downhole accidents happen timely and effectively,meanwhile enhanced the MWD,Motor,Bit etc.downhole tools operation time and ROP.SW8P1 is the first and an important production well at SW8 block in Shiwu oilfield in Jilin province,according to the SW8P1 well characteristics,besides traditional LWD tools we also use the DDS sensor when apply geosteering operation,through applying this technology,a series of complicated downhole accidents avoided perfectly and thus ensure the drilling operation smoothly going on.The successful completion of the SW8P1 provides scientific experience to SDDC Co.in directional drilling operation in Jilin oilfield.
