螺旋盘管式水冷器壳侧换热数值模拟研究

摘要 用FLUENT软件对合理简化后的螺旋盘管式水冷器模型进行壳侧冷却水流动与换热性能的数值模拟研究。通过数值模拟计算,得到在不同盘管结构尺寸下,模型截面的流线分布与温度分布。进一步分析冷却水流动状态与盘管结构尺寸对水侧换热的影响规律。采用DataFit9软件对模拟计算数据进行非线性多元回归,得到螺旋盘管式水冷器壳侧换热准则关系式。提出换热性能最优的螺旋盘管结构。 Numerical simulation of heat transfer on the shell side in water cooler was carried out by use of commercial code Fluent.Based on the simplied mode,streamlines and tempreture contours around helical coil were described in detail with some specified coil sizes.The effect of cooling water and helical structure on heat transfer near water side had been analyzed.In order to get simplified heat transfer equation around helical coil,the data obtained from simulation was nolinearly fitted by use of software DataFit9.Furthermore,the optimized structure of helical coil was put forward.
