摘要 压桩掏土纠偏法是掏土纠偏技术和锚杆静压桩加固技术的联合应用,是针对采用浅基础的倾斜建筑进行处理的一种经济有效的方法,文中针对某倾斜房屋纠偏加固工程实例,分析了房屋倾斜的原因,重点介绍了纠偏加固方案的选择、施工顺序的确定以及锚杆静压桩的布置等情况,可为同类问题的处理提供参考。 The rectification method of pressed pile and soil excavation is the combined application of both soil excavation deviation rectification technology and anchored static pressure pile strengthening technology for deviation rectification plan.It is also an economic efficiency way for lean-caused structures focalized to the shallow foundation.Taking strengthening and reinforcing case engineering of deviation rectification for one lean-caused building as example,the paper maily introduces the selection of strengthening and reinforcing plan for deviation rectification and the arrangement of anchored static pressure pile defined in the construction procedure for the lean-caused building which can be refered to application of the similar projects.
