摘要
研究了某小型汽油机的正时噪声,其主观感受为令人烦扰的"啸叫"声,通过试验研究,制定了降低正时系统噪声的措施,运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)软件计算选择了相对较优的零部件结构,并改善了相关零部件的隔声性能,通过整车试验验证了其实施效果:达到了降低正时噪声的目的。
In a small gasoline engine the noise of timing system,which is a boring whine noise by subjective evaluation,is investigated in this paper.Some approaches are investigated to reduce the noise based on tests,and CAE(Computer-aided engineering) method is used as improving the structure of some components and enhancing the sound insulation capability of related components.The target of reducing noise of timing system,which is validated by vehicle measurement,is finally achieved.
