摘要 以糠醛为原料,与盐酸羟胺反应制得2-呋喃甲醛肟,研究了反应的酸碱度(pH)、时间、温度、原料配比对反应收率的影响,并确定了优化条件:原料配比n(盐酸羟胺)∶n(糠醛)=1.3∶1,温度20℃左右,反应时间1 h。 2-Furaldehyde oxime was synthesized using furfural and oxammonium hydrochloride as the starting materials.The effects of the pH value,the reaction time,the temperature and the ratio of the reagents were studied.The optimized reaction conditions were obtained as follows:molar ratio of oxammonium hydrochloride to furfural 1.3 to 1,the reaction temperature 20℃,the reaction time 1 h.The target product was resulted in overall yield of 43% with purity above 98.7%.
