摘要
研究了通电线圈的磁场分布和磁感应强度随距离变化的关系,分析影响两线圈无线能量传递的因素。介绍了DPA425开关电源芯片的基本功能和特点,利用DPA425开关电源芯片设计小功率无线电源电路,分析该电路的基本结构和利用光电耦合器实现电压反馈控制的具体过程。电能的接收电路结构简单,只需要一个线圈作为感应接收线圈,通过简单的整流滤波电路就可以为其他电子设备供电。整个电路结构简单、工作稳定,经过试验在5 cm范围内能够有效传递电能,在2 cm内无线传递的功率较大,具有为手机、相机等电子产品进行无线充电的能力,达到了实际应用的水平。
This article studied the relation of electrifying coil's magnetic field and magnetic induction intensity with distance,analyzed the factors which affect the delivery of wireless coil energy.By introducing the basic functions and features of DPA425 switching power supply IC,it can use the chip to design wireless power supply circuit.By analyzing the basic configuration of the circuit and applying the photocoupler,it can achieve the specific process of the voltage feedback control.The configuration of electric energy receiving circuit is simple,only needing one induction coil as a receiving coil,and a simple rectifier filter circuit to deliver energy for other electric facilities.The test shows that the circuit structure is simple and can work stable.And the energy can be delivered effectively in the range of 5 cm.With in 2 cm,the power of wireless transmission is larger and it has the ability to charge electronic products such as mobile telephone,camera and so on,reaching the level of practical application.
