摘要
某电厂1#炉存在着带不到额定负荷、飞灰和大渣含碳量高等问题,严重影响锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。为了提高锅炉运行的安全性和经济性,特对1#锅炉进行了运行优化调整。调整后,上述问题基本得到了解决,大渣含碳量由调试前的20%左右降到了10%左右,锅炉效率也得到了显著提高。
There are some problems for No.1 Boiler in a power plant,such as a lower load than the rated one and higher carbon content in fly-ash & slag.These problems seriously affect the economy and safety of the boiler operation.It is necessary to optimize operation conditions.After the experiment the problems have been basically solved.The carbon content in the slag is reduced to 10% from 20% and the boiler efficiency is also enhanced.
