摘要
基于DSP的电动机保护装置在传统装置基础上集成了多种保护措施,增加了针对大型电动机的差动保护功能。详细介绍了保护装置硬件电路的构成及其特点,采用可构成真正的多主冗余系统的CAN(ControllerAreaNetwork)总线网,同时采用RS-485通信网络,以适应不同层次的应用需要。从软、硬件两方面考虑抗干扰措施,采用自适应速断、过流保护原理,满足运行方式变化剧烈的要求。采用递推傅氏算法测频,动态跟踪频率变化,实时调整采样率进行定点采样;并采用滤除衰减直流分量的傅氏算法,提高了数据精度、简化了硬件电路。最后,给出了软件设计框架。
An electromotor protective device based on DSP(Digital Signal Processor) integrates several protections into traditional electromotor protective device,and the differential protection for large electromotor is added. The hardware constitution and features are presented . CAN(Controller Area Network) is adopted to form a multi-master redundant system,RS- 485 communication network is also adopted to adapt to different applications. Anti-jamming measures are taken from both hard-ware and software. The theory of adaptive instantaneous trip protection and over-current protection are applied to satisfy the acute change of operation manner. The recursive Fourier algorithm is used in frequency measuring to dynamically track the frequency change and real-timely adjust the sampling rate for fixed sampling points. The decaying DC component is filtered in the Fourier algorithm,which improves data precision and simplifies hardware circuits. The software design frame is given.
