摘要
在实施西部大开发中 ,英语教育已成为一种重要的政治和经济资源 ,是为人力资本投资中最基本的组成部分 ,但青海的英语教学质量还远远不能满足当地人力资本的形成。文章通过论述英语教学的地位和重要性 ,分析了英语教学中存在的问题 ,提出了克服英语教育中人力资本投资无效益的对策。
English is becoming not only an important resource in politics and economics but also the basic part of the human capital investment. But present English teaching quality is unable to satisfy the formation of the human capital investment. The author analyses the problems existing in English education by discussing the position and importance of English and puts forward the way to overcome the problems in the human capital investment.
