摘要
结合本地区安装监督检验工作实践,就汽车用压缩天然气气瓶气密性试验存在的问题,收集归纳了相关技术规范及标准的相关要求,进行全面的分析讨论,同时提出了改进建议。汽车用CNG气瓶安装安全性能监督检验中的气密性试验是一项十分重要的检验项目,试验压力应为20 MPa、试验介质应为空气或氮气、气瓶应和所有管路接头一起按照国家标准GB/T 12137—1989要求进行认真的验证检查。
According to the local practice of supervision and test on gas cylinder installment and problems found in the air tightness test for cylinder of compressed natural gas for vehicle,this paper collects and sums up the relevant requirements of related technical regulations and standards.It makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on them and proposes suggestions for improvement.Air tightness test is an essential item in the safety supervision and testing of cylinder installment of compressed natural gas for vehicle.It is suggested that the test pressure should be 20 MPa,the testing medium should be air or nitrogen gas,and the cylinder and all pipeline joints should be carefully examined according to GB/T 12137-1989.
