摘要
激光测控自动农田清平机主要用于农田清理和平整,也可广泛用于公路、铁路和广场建设。清平机的核心工作部件是旋切刀辊,它集切土、汇中和倾抛于一体,所以优化设计旋切刀辊对整个清平机尤为重要。刀辊的功率是清平机最重要的设计参数,包括旋切功率和抛扔功率。针对激光测控自动农田清平机的特种工作部件,运用类比方法计算旋切功率,参照铣刀对灰铸铁的铣削,根据两种物质的强度换算得出工作部件的功率。
Laser measurement and control of automatic Farmland scavenging leveling machine is mainly used for farmland leveling and cleaning up,also can be widely used for highway,railway,square construction.The core of the machine is the working part——rotary cutting knife roller,rotary cutting knife roller set cut soil,transfer and pour out in one,so the optimization design of the working part is especially important for the whole Farmland scavenging leveling machine.Knife roller power is the most important design parameters of the Farmland scavenging leveling machine,which include rotary cutting power and thrown power.For the special working part of Farmland scavenging leveling machine and its rare theoretical research.We use the analogy method to calculate the rotary cutting power,with reference to the milling cutter in gray cast iron,According to the intensity of the two substances to calculate the working part power.
