摘要
为解决地铁明挖车站施工过程中结构大开洞且支护措施无法实施的难题,以北京地铁6号线一期工程青年路站为例,对设置有轨排井的地下明挖车站利用空间整体模型和单元模型进行有限元数值模拟分析,并根据计算分析结果对结构自身构件进行加强,满足轨排井处车站顶板和中板在土体侧压力及施工阶段地面超载引起的水平侧压力作用下预留大孔洞时结构自身安全的需要,经过与施工过程中的监控量测结果进行对比,验证了轨排井段结构有限元整体计算的安全性与经济性。
To solve the problem of large openings on the structure where any retaining measures can not be implemented during construction of open-cut metro station,the Qingnianlu Station at the first phase project of Beijing Metro line 6 was cited as an example in this article,and spacial integrated model and unit model were used to perform the finite element numerical-simulation analysis for the open-cut metro station with track panel shaft.And then,according to the analysis results,structure members itself were strengthened so as to meet the safety requirements of structure members itself of top slab and web slab of the station with reserved big openings at the segment of the track panel shaft under the horizontal lateral pressures caused by the soil mass and by ground overload during construction.Finally,in comparison with the construction monitoring and measuring results,the efficiency on safety and economy of integrated finite element calculation to the segment of track panel shaft was verified.
