摘要
以酶学性质接近的纤维素酶、果胶酶和木聚糖酶作为研究对象,测试其最适pH值、最适温度、pH值稳定性和温度稳定性;并以此为基础,研究单一酶和酶复配降解棉籽壳的效果。结果表明,在各自最适反应条件下,木聚糖酶降解棉籽壳的效率最高。酶复配后,在55℃和pH值9的条件下水解10 h,能够有效提高对棉籽壳的降解作用。
Three scouring enzymes including cellulase,pectinase and xylanase are used to remove cottonseed hulls of cotton fabrics.The optimum pH value and temperature,pH stability and temperature stability of the three enzymes are investigated.Degradation of cottonseed hulls with single and combined enzymes is studied.The results show that xylanase demonstrates the best capability on cottonseed hulls destruction among the three enzymes.After using the combination of the three enzymes,the degradation of cottonseed hulls is improved significantly under conditions of hydrolysis at pH 9 and 55 ℃ for 10 h.
