摘要
介绍大连石化渣油加氢装置的工艺技术特点,第二周期催化剂的性能特点、催化剂装填、装置开工过程以及本周期运转状况和装置卸剂情况。为保证催化剂既达到设计运行周期又充分发挥活性,将运行周期分为初期、中前期、中后期和末期四个阶段,严格按催化剂专利商提供的催化剂升温曲线提温;在安排所加工原油品种时,应将渣油难以处理的原油分散到较长的时间加工,尽可能保证渣油原料性质平稳;装置在生产调整上尽量满足催化剂专利商要求。使用结果表明,ART公司的第二周期催化剂具有稳定的加氢脱硫、加氢脱残炭、加氢脱金属活性,以常压渣油和减压渣油混合的设计原料,可生产硫含量小于0.35%(质量分数),残炭含量小于5.5%(质量分数),金属含量小于15μg/g的加氢常渣,满足催化裂化装置要求,运行周期大于8000h,加工量大于300×104t/a。
This article describes the characteristics of the process and technology used in PetroChina Daling Petrochemical Company's residue hydrotreating unit as well as the characteristics of the catalyst used in the second cycle,the feeding of catalyst,the startup of the unit,the operation in the second cycle,and the discharge of the catalyst.In order to ensure the life of the catalyst reaches the designed value while maximizing its activity,researchers divided the catalyst operation cycle to four stages—the initial stage,the early-middle stage,the late-middle stage,and the late stage.The temperature was raised strictly in accordance with the catalyst heating curve provided by the catalyst patent licensor.In selecting crude oil for processing,the crude oil whose residue is difficult to process should be allocated relatively long periods of time for processing to ensure the stability of properties of the residue as far as possible.Production from the unit was adjusted to meet the requirements of the catalyst licensor as far as possible.Application shows that ART's second-cycle catalyst has stable hydrodesulfurization,hydrodecarbonation and hydrodemetallization activities.Using the mixture of atmospheric residue and vacuum residue as feedstock,the ART catalyst technology can be used to produce hydrogenated atmospheric residue with sulfur content lower than 0.35%(by mass fraction),residual carbon content lower than 5.5%(by mass fraction) and metal content lower than 15μg/g,which meet the requirements from an FCC unit.The operational cycle is greater than 8000 hours and the processing capacity exceeds 300×104t/a.
