摘要
使用PMR型聚酰亚胺预聚物溶液和三维碳纤维机织物预制件制作了三维机织物增强PMR型聚酰亚胺复合材料。通过对制备的PMR型聚酰亚胺预聚物的红外特征光谱(FT-IR)的分析和熔融流变性能的测试,设计优化了一种"两步浸渍热压法"制作三维机织物增强PMR型聚酰亚胺基复合材料,对复合材料的内部结构、热性能以及力学性能进行了表征与测试。
3D woven fabric reinforced PMR type polyimide composites were prepared from 3D woven carbon fiber perform and PMR type polyimide matrix resin,which derived from 4,4'-methylenediamine(MDA),diethyl ester of 3,3',4,4'-oxydiphthalic acid(ODPE),monoethyl ester of cis-5-norbornene-endo-2,3-dicarboxylic acid(NE).The rheological property of the PMR polyimide matrix resins was investigated.From the results of analysis,a two-step impregnation/hot-compression method can be established for the composites processing.In the first step,the 3D fabric preforms were impregnated with polyimide resin in a vacuum oven and heated up to 200℃ for degassing the volatiles and by-products.In the second step,composites were compressed.The initiative decomposition temperature(Td) and the decomposition temperature at 5% of weight loss(T5) were higher than 590℃ and 760℃,respectively.The internal structure was observed by a microscope.The resulting composites also exhibited good mechanical properties.
