摘要
电视节目主持人的个人素质特征对电视受众的影响是很直接的,节目主持人个人的诸多特质会通过"主持"这个工作得以彰显甚至放大;一个真正经得住时间考验的、为社会大众所推崇的、有高尚的人格魅力的主持人,一定是个性素质与节目需要相融的良好结合体。
Personal characters of TV program host have direct influence upon the audience.His personal features in character are usually highlighted and even magnified in hosting.A time-tested popular host with noble personal charms must necessarily combine personal qualities with the need of the program.
