摘要
在知识经济时代,情商素质对学报编辑工作有重要意义。学报编辑应具备角色意识、敬业精神、自我激励、与人为善尤其是与作者为善、协作、交际等情商素质,只有这样,才能真正成为一名现代意义的优秀编辑。这是时代的需要,也是出版事业的需要。
In the era of knowledge economy,emotional qualities are of great importance to journal editors. Journal editors should have clear role comprehension,professional dedication,self-motivation,a sense of being well-intentioned to people,especially to the authors,and co-operative and communicative competence. Only in this way,can they become excellent modern editors to meet the needs of the times and the publishing cause.
