摘要
地方行业协会在反倾销应诉中具有独特作用。但是目前我国地方行业协会在反倾销应诉中存在着体制障碍、运行障碍、服务功能障碍和行业人员素质障碍。障碍的成因是地方行业协会定位不准、地方行业协会覆盖率低等。对此,我们可通过改革地方行业协会机制、完善行业协会的综合服务功能等措施解决。
Local trade associations can play unique roles in anti-dumping litigations. However,obstacles are encountered in their institution,operation,service and personnel qualifications. Cause of these obstacles can often be located in the mal-description of the role of the associations and their low coverage of the trade. These difficulties can be removed through reform of the associational mechanism and improvement of their comprehensive services.
