摘要
企业文化是企业的无形资产。在企业文化建设过程中,应该重视民族文化的基础作用,借鉴吸收其他民族和企业的优秀文化,有选择地吸收外来的企业文化。企业员工是创建企业文化的主体,要创造各种机会让全体员工参与进来,企业理念要得到员工的理解和认同,转化为员工的日常工作行为。要针对企业发展的具体情况,适时地赋予企业文化新内容,在求新求变中突出个性。
Enterprise culture is the invisible assets of the business organizations. Three factors should not to be ignored while a company is building its construction of the enterprise culture: the foundation of the national culture, the reference outstanding culture obtained from other nationalities and the filtered enterprise culture from abroad. In the process of enterprise culture construction, enterprise staff is the subject. Therefore, various opportunities need to be created for the participation of all staff; enterprise ideals need to be understood and ideologically approved by the staff and absorbed by all staff in their daily working activities and behaviors. Furthermore, the enterprise culture needs to be enriched with new contents according to the development of the enterprise in different periods on order that the characteristics of an organization's enterprise culture are underlined.
